How is Sunshine Seasons?

We're looking for a good counter service lunch for the day we arrive. We're usually so hungry we just end up eating at the food court in the resort. This time we're arriving in the morning and we want to go into one of the parks to have lunch. We thought there would be lots of choices in Epcot. How is Sunshine Seasons? Any info or other suggestions would be appreciated!!

Overall Sunshine Seasons is a pretty decent place for a counter service meal.

My two little ones really like the Pork Chop + it comes with vegetables which are much better for us than french fries etc...

Sunshine Seasons has offers variety - sandwiches, noodles etc...

I think that Sunshine Seasons is a fantastic choice. I've had great breakfasts and lunches there. And the desserts are so much better than the average CS.

We love Sunshine Seasons. They have so much to choose from and much better than burgers and fries. Last year we actually changed our park plans just to eat there.

We were there a couple of weeks ago. There were many choices, and it was very good. We tried the noodles w/beef, one with chicken, and DS had a deli sandwich (which he raved about!) There were other things as well, like pork chops (looked yummy) and salads....also pre-made sushi, sandwiches, and salads. There were plenty of tables to sit at. I'd recommend it

We LOVE sunshine seasons. We always get the salmon when we go, and their desserts are fantastic.

Another vote for Sunshine Seasons -- great variety and lots of seating! Second choice would be Earl of Sandwich at DTD.

Sunshine seasons is really, really good. Lots of choices, and all of them good.

We like the sandwiches there, the potato salad that comes with is really good, and LOVE the strawberry shortcake for dessert. You can also get a bottled drink rather than fountain if you want, I was happy to find Orange Vitamin Water among the selections.

Our favorite Counter Service at Disney World. LOVE that you can get a HUGE selection of food and drinks...and you can get bakery items as desserts.

You can't go wrong with Sunshine Seasons. It is one of our favorites. In fact, we are doing the exact same thing as you on our arrival day. Our plane gets in around 9:30 in the morning and after checking in, we're planning on heading over to Epcot for lunch at Sunshine Seasons. Enjoy! You won't be disappointed.

Sunshine Seasons is outstanding...unfortunately there's multiple good quick service choices in Epcot, but I've consistently made sure to eat at Sunshine Seasons on each trip. The food there compares well to some table service offerings -- for example, I'd rather eat at Sunshine Seasons than at the Garden Grill.

Sunshine Seasons is a good choice. We like their chicken and I strongly recommend the key lime pie and strawberry shortcake.

Sunshine Seasons is a great choice because there is something for everyone. You have a lot of choices.

My one complaint is that they took away the Asian Chocolate Cake. Sigh.

I second that! I always make a bee line for it whenever im in Epcot. I even love the smell of it!

Sunshine seasons is a great counter service choice. I really like the salmon with olive tapenade and a side of mashed potatoes and another veg (although you get to CHOOSE your two sides out of what they have). I like that there is always enough seating - even at busy times (you may have to wait a moment for someone to get up, but it isn't bad at all) and that it is air-conditioned when it is hot outside. If the weather is nice to sit outside or if I'm over in the World Showcase, I like Tangeriene Cafe - ok, i love it!

I wonder if they'll have the new pizza place in Italy open up by the time you go???? I'm hoping they open before I get there in September. That will be interesting....

Fresh food, healthy choices, awesome dessest bar... quick lines, plenty of seating, and decent location, SS is the best CS you will find in Epcot!!!

We love it! I think there is a wonderful selection of choices to choose from. I love the half of rotisserie chicken. Everything seems so fresh and good! I also love the key lime pie for dessert!

I love Sunshine Seasons.
My favorite is the Roasted Beet Salad. Best light but filling lunch on a hot day. I also enjoy the deli sandwiches. And the desserts are all fabulous.
