Anyone want to tell me about Raglan Road? How was the food? What were the portion sizes? What kind of beers did they have on tap? (this is DH's question) :teeth:

Can you use DDE there for alcohol? Has anyone eaten there with the dining plan, and if so how was the experience?

Don't know if they accept the dining plan, but they definately accept the DDE for dinner and at the bars for drinks only. We were there again this weekend. All we can say is this place is outstanding. The food, the service..everything.

Beers they have on tap...Smithwicks, guiness, widmere, plus many more..lol. Hubby loves the place, because there is such a nice selection, besides the full liqor bar.

I really like Raglan Road (and was surprised that I like it so much). Everything I've had there has turned out to be good. It's expensive, but what isn't? It will be a regular stop on my trips. They do accept DDE and they are on the dining plan.

Wow they do accept the DDE card back in Nov when they opened it was not acepted, meal service and decor fantastic ,do try the bread and butter pudding for desert :thumbsup2

That's great that they take both the dining plan and DDE. Not many DTD restaurants take the DP. We wanted a DTD restaurant that took the plan and were going to do Wolfgang, but then found out that Raglan Road took it. Can't wait to try it! :goodvibes

They also give a DVC discount (10%) for those without DDE.

 Does Raglan Road have a kids' menu? The reviews here are so positive; I'll gladly share fish and chips with my DD if RR doesn't have a kiddie menu! :goodvibes

:thumbsup2 Yes they do! My 4 year old had the chicken sticks and loved them! (I had to taste them they looked soooo yummy. Nice change from the disney chicken fingers.)

we really enjoyed raglan road - ask to be seated in the main dining room so you will be able to enjoy the live music and the irish dancer ---
the fada burgers and fries are very good; the chicken pot pie was more pastry than filling but still tasted good - my husband had a harp's beer and i had the house wine - good! our bill for three people was 66.00 after the DDE
(including tip) and we also had a great chocolate dessert that we split.

fun evening!
