How is Paradiso 37?

Haven't seen many reports of Paradiso 37...............how is it? What are the wait times like? Can you make reservations? Any photos of the food?

I ate at Paradiso 37 with my mother and father last week. We went on a Thursday afternoon around 1:30pm. There was absolutely no wait for a table. We sat in the upper section of the restaurant and liked that area. The music reminds me of the tribal type beats they play in Banana Republic, but I liked it! Mom and I shared the Mexican Quesadilla sampler (2 each of chicken, steak, bbq pulled pork), and Dad ate a steak burrito. Dad and I shared the Crazy Corn appetizer. We loved the food overall. Mom doesn't really care for the kinds of flavors the restaurant serves, but was satisfied with the quesadillas. The Crazy Corn was delicious! Dad couldn't get enough of the burrito (and the portions were generous!) He says it's his favorite restaurant at Disney now - and we've tried a LOT of them. I'd love to go back and try something from the extensive drink menu. Looking forward to a return visit!

check out the DIS unplugged review of the restaurant, it was very detailed.
I also found a few reviews on TripAdvisor. I haven't seen that many on this board either, but what I have read said that the food was uneven and the service spotty. May be still working out the opening kinks.

We will try it out in October for drinks/apps only.

We ate there 3 nights ago and had a mixed experience. We were a party of 7 and told that there would be an hour wait for inside but we could eat on the patio. I asked if there were fans above the table and the hostess didn't know if there was or not! I thought that was odd. (BTW, there were fans where we were sitting.

The food tasted very good and we enjoyed it but for the price the servings were small.

Our server was lacking. She never offered to get drink refills, we had to ask each time for more drinks. It took a long time to get our check and I wish that the tip wasn't included, but because of our party size it was.

I have photos, but I just got home yesterday and they haven't been uploaded yet.

Thank you so much for your thoughts so far! I have made a reservation for me and my son (8) and would love to see any photos of the food and also, how is the kids selection. Personally I'm looking forward to the cocktails! ha! ha!
