Disney is busy most of the year. The only times I've ever noticed it being slower are January and September once school starts. November is not slow crowd wise, but it is a lovely time to visit. We have November trips with no rain at all and it is mostly warm enough to swim, although it can be cooler in the mornings and evenings.
I went for W&D weekend last year, which was the first weekend of November. Crowds were incredibly low from Oct 30-Nov 4th. Walked on to some bigger rides like Big Thunder and Splash in the early-mid afternoon a couple of the days.
I find the week before your Thanksgiving to be low-ish in terms of crowds. Up until the Saturday, then crowds increase exponentially. That’s when we get outta Dodge and head home.
