How is Mears connect during busy holidays?

We will have a departing flight on a busy Saturday in December.
How does Mears deal with long waits at MCO? Do they schedule pick up times earlier then the usual 3 hours?

It will probably still be the usual 3 hours plus or minus 15 minutes. If you would rather be picked up at a definite time and taken right to the departures level for your airline, I recommend you book car service instead.

Mears doesn't schedule pick up times earlier then the usual 3 hours during busy holidays.
