How is the food at Bongos Cuban Cafe? Is it quiet at lunch time? I think I saw videos it can get really loud because of dancing but is that for nights only?

How is the food at Bongos Cuban Cafe? Is it quiet at lunch time?

1) Not bad, but not on my recommended list for food quality.
2) Normally it is quiet-ish, but terrible acoustics make any noise or loud talking is heard throughout.
3) Better to order from the outside service window and sit at an outdoor table and people-watch.
