What do you think about lunch? The dinner menu doesnt sound that great to our family without characters. Normally we hit Plaza for lunch, but I was thinking of trying something different. What do you think?

We usually do the Plaza too and really like the food there better but we did try LTT for lunch (no characters) on our last trip which was a few years back. It was ok, not bad but we preferred Plaza. DD did love her turkey dinner plate.

We love it and It's a must do every trip. Everything we have had has been good. Their crab cake and fried cheese appetizers are wonderful. The hamburgers and sandwiches are great. The thanksgiving plate is really good too. And dessert...YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Oh, and we do the Plaza quite a bit too but for my family, they like LTT better for lunch. But both are good.

This past December I went to LTT for lunch with 3 of my friends from Orlando I thought it was a good place to eat at, so I would recommend it.

We will be having lunch here in August. I make my ADR's next week!:woohoo::yay::cool1: Can't wait to try it!

My favorite dessert at WDW is at LTT for lunch. The Ooey Gooey toffee pudding/cake. And I love the entree salad they have with the walnuts and apples.

Ate there this past Friday and it was wonderful. I had the salad with apples, cheese and nuts--it was soooo good and we split the gooey toffee cake but I wasn't impressed with that.

We tried LTT for lunch several trips back, and everything was delish! It's now a must-do on every trip.

LTT is awesome for lunch! I love the Plaza as well, and always eat there for supper, but LTT is a must do for us. I love the turkey, DH gets the pot roast, DD1 does the pasta, and DD2 eats the whole adult salad by herself!

I agree with this poster. We like the lunch much better than the dinner.

We've done lunch and dinner at LTT and prefer lunch. Not as crowded or rushed, better service, you can all pick what you want off the menu instead of having the table/family style service, etc.

We loved it. The variety suited our group of 8. We went as a recommendation from the boards and have recommeded it to others.

We actually ate at LTT for lunch last fall (first time in all these trips!) We enjoyed it very much and have made a reservation for Mon when we will be in WDW. My husband had the pot roast and I had turkey. Both were VERY good.

I thought the appetizer (tavern fried cheese) and desserts (triple chocolate brownie, toffee cake) were great.

The sandwiches we ordered were just "OK", however.

Has anyone tried the caramel apple tart? That sounds yummy. It would be a toss up for me between that and the toffee cake.

I agree, I think their sandwiches are just OK, and I was kind of disappointed in their hamburger..they looked sooooo good. But, their hot entrées and salads are outstanding. One of our favorite lunch spots.

We ate here in Jan and have an ADR for our May trip. I heard the characters are returning is this true?
