We have to upgrade our hotel after we got our parents to go with us to Disneyland, since the hotel Santa Fe is fully booked......

And we want to stay in the same hotel... So I`m wondering, how is the Cheyenne? I`ve stayed there in 2001 i think.. But I can`t remember much. Is the hotel okey? Is it far away from the rooms to where we eat breakfast? Do we have to go outside to get to breakfast? :S Is the mainbuilding difficult to find? What about the rooms they give us? :p

when do you go ?

we go on wed , cant wait

there is laods of reviews on here of the hotel , seems ok

Although the Cheyenne is Western themed rather than Mexican of the Santa Fe it is a similiar type layout. The rooms in both hotels are in outlying buildings. The reception, restaurants, bars and shop are in a centrally located building. And yes it is easily found :)

You do have to go outside to get breakfast, as the rooms are in separate blocks. Its only a minute or so walk from the nearest blocks, maybe 3 minutes from the farthest block to the main building where the restaurant is.

The Cheyenne and the Santa Fe are across the river from each other, only separated by a bridge, so they are similar distances from the parks. The main building is very easy to find (it has a lifesize stagecoach outside the entrance), and all the shuttle buses stop near the main building.

The size of the rooms in the Santa Fe and Cheyenne are the same, with smilar amenities. We got exactly the same bathroom toiletries in both the Cheyenne and the Santa Fe too.

Lovely hotel clean and comfy. we stayed there twice ,easy to get round and a lovely reception area.

We're returning to the Cheyenne in March, I've stayed here and at Santa Fe before and I prefer the Cheyenne for theming other than that, there's not much to choose between the 2. :goodvibes
The bunkbeds are a bonus for us, means I don't have to listen to my 2 bickering about sharing a bed.

Thats why we chose it- we didnt think DS 21 would appreciate sharing a bed with his 8 yr old sister

Cheyenne is lovely - MUCH better than Santa Fe, for me...

We chose the Cheyenne over the Santa Fe this time, as having 2 girls (aged 7 and 10), we hope the bunk beds will stop them chatting rather than bickering! ;)

Never stayed at Santa Fe but stayed at Cheyenne - really liked it!:)

I love cheyenne!...its my favourite hotel.

I always make sure i go back to have a look at it, each time i'm there. :goodvibes

Very highly themed.

I think I might see if we can steal time to go visit the Cheyenne next trip!

Might give it a try if we book, mgiht be a while though. :(
