How is EMM affecting the pre park open breakfasts?

Now that they seem to have released the EMM days for November and one is planned at MK on the same day we have a BOG breakfast I'm wondering how this will work out?
We did the PPO at BOG last year and walked right on the mine train right after eating for one ride.

By the time you finish breakfast and head towards the Dwarfs, they will be done with it an on to somewhere else. You may or may not be able to get all the way to the attraction. Reports have been mixed. Some days they let you in the standby line and some days they hold you at an internal rope until opening for all guests.

So if we have a reservation for CP at 8:20 on what was supposed to be a 9 a.m. park opening time and it now falls on a day that there's EMM, what time will we be allowed in the park to get to CP? Are there separate lines? This is the first time we're trying a PPO breakfast :-)

If you have a PPO ADR for the purpose of eating breakfast, there is no difference. If you have a PPO ADR for the purpose of thinking you'll get an early ride in on 7DMT, that likely won't happen.

You'll still be allowed in around 8:00-8:10. They have to give you time to get all the way up Main St to the restaurant. I don't know if there are separate lines, but my guess is there probably are. Just ask the first CM you see where you need to be; they'll gladly show you where.

This is not necessarily true. All reports back have been the EMM people are finished with 7DMT by the time the park opens to regular guests. PPO breakfast people who finish eating will either be allowed through the standby line or they will be held at an internal rope drop. They will still be one of the first regular guests through the line to ride.

Now if by "early" you meant getting a ride before breakfast or before park opening, then yes, that will not happen, but they will still be ahead of the rope drop crowd IF they get out of breakfast before 8:45.

Worked out for us in August with an early BOG ADR on an EMM day. We exited the restaurant and there was a 7DMT line for BOG people. At about 7:45, they let us into the standby queue, we walked through and walked on with no wait. By the time we were out, the posted standby was up to 30 minutes.

There are separate lines to check in but not separate lines to enter. You all gather in the tunnel together, enter together and then go your individual ways once in
