It's a bit of an odd question i know, but what means did you pay by?

Im wondering if i should pay the fees to DFTW by cheque or can you just do it by credit card over the phone?

You can't pay by cheque from the UK.

We paid with our CC.

I paid using my Fairfx card so it would not charged or blocked (my credit card always does on overseas payments).

I faxed the contract over.

Oh i have a fairfx card that i've never used and didnt think about using that - get a better rate of exchange on that too

We used a money order and a credit card. We are from Canada, so we just got the money order in US currency.
