sounds like an amazing time. i went on new years eve as well, but mainly because i liked the band that was playing at tomorrowland terrace. woot for suburban legends

I agree, we were at DLR on the 30th, 31st and 1st. we did DL on Sunday, managed a few rides and then did the second parade, parked at a bench for fireworks after that, then booked it over to river belle terrace and grabbed a table for the late Fantasmic, then did Indy and small world. we decided to do DCA for NYE, went in early and got a locker for our blankets and jackets, got our WOC midnight passes, had breakfast, etc. I thought the crowds were quite manageable, not any worse than summer. We elected not to do RSR but we had done them already in June and October. We did line up very early for WOC because we wanted front and center on the rail for midnight, but that was our choice, you could have come in at 11:30 and gotten fairly decent place for WOC. We thought the fireworks and countdown at DCA were great, fun crowd and good show. We stayed at CCI and when we were on the shuttle the next morning everyone on the bus was complaining how crowded DL was for fireworks and how it took hours to get out. we were back in our room by 1 am after WOC and even stopped for cinnamon roles after the show.
