We just went in December and I can't stand it any more, I had to book a trip for October. We have never been to the Halloween Party :)

Fall break for our schools here should be the 9-13 and we are planning to go the 21-28th to avoid some of the fall break crowds from Alabama. How is it this time of year? It will be me, dh, a 4 year old and a one year old.

We have been going about every 9 months to a year, but this could be our last trip until Feb. 2010, that will be my 40th birthday and our 10 year anniversary and I plan to have a HUGE trip with all the extras, so I need to save up!!:yay:

Sept and Oct are the slower times to go. Late Oct might have some Halloween busys though. My favorite time to go is in Sept you can usually walk right on any ride. :thumbsup2 Same is true in most of Oct. But even if you get a crowd it will not be huge hour lines or anything. ;)

Weather is pretty perfect. Warm enough for shorts but might need a jacket when sun goes down.

I agree late September and October are good time to go. We always take our family vacation this time of year.

To celebrate mine and my son's b-days. Crowds are very low. Weather was perfect - warm during the day, but not overbearing, and even a little cool at night. MNSSHP is lots of fun. (Make sure you all dress up, not just the little ones) If you can go during the week instead of a weekend, it'll be less crowded.
Enjoy!
