I am not a resorts expert and have always stayed at the Values but here are my thoughts:
Have you looked into Port Orleans? I believe they have the roll away beds in some parts and also get good reviews. The resort is not as spread out and you can walk between everything. At CSR I believe you have to take an internal bus to get to many of the room buildings. I would worry about that if you have an overstimulated overtired child and you have to get off of the parks bus then wait for an internal bus to get back to your room. Take a look at our Disney Resorts board for more information-- those posters can really help you out. We took an air mattress with us a few months ago to use with one child in a Value and that worked well. But we also drove so didn't have to worry about suitcase space and weight.
You can also check out our disABILITIES board. We have numerous posters there with children with autism and they can offer some great advice and tips and tricks that worked for them.
Perfect is a pretty high goal to achieve and ultimately usually leads to disappointment. Some of my favorite photos from our first "perfect" trip are of my girls sulking and throwing a tantrum! You will be able to make whatever you choose work as long as you prepare -- and being here is the best way to do that. Check out our Resorts and disABILITIES board and then see how you are feeling about the resort choice you have and by all means email your TA if you want their input or a quote for a different location. And feel free to ask us all the questions you need to-- we live for high maintenance!
