How have the crowds been this weekend?

Great info that will help me Christmas week! What Disney transportation? We are staying on site. Was the buses crazy and while we benefit from using UBER or is the traffic the same through either?

We were staying at Beach Club, which means walking to Epcot. We primarily took the boat to and from the studios, though one night, after Fantasmic, we walked because the boat line was backed up. We took the bus to and from MK, and it was usually crowded, but we never had to wait for a second bus. For AK, we drove one day, though after we were done, our son rode the bus and beat us back. Our 2nd Animal Kingdom day we did the bus both ways and had no major issues. Disney Springs was the worst bus experience, because it stopped at all the Epcot resorts (Beach, Yacht, Boardwalk, Swan, Dolphin).
