I didn't find it any more difficult to do for a trip with 10 people than I normally do for trips with just two of us. The trip with 10 people was during a very busy time. I had no issues getting everything we wanted for both LLMP and LLSP each day. It was a trip with 10 park days. Some people in the group were staying offsite so I booked the entire group together three days in advance of day one.

Oh nice that’s good to hear! Thanks!

Not much of a difference for the initial 3. I think you're likely to see more of an issue as you're looking to book additional ones in the park for the more popular rides particularly if you're trying to get an earlier time to pop up or looking for replenished inventory for rides that had been "sold out".

I booked for a group of eight in January. No problem getting the rides we wanted. We booked seven days out.

Would splitting them up help. Like have someone do like 4 people and I do 3?

Probably not, unless the '4' was reserving one attraction and the '3' were going somewhere else. If all are together, just book them together.
Agreed - matching up the times will likely be just as much if not more hassle. And 7 isn't unmanagable - it's just that you're likely to have somewhat less availability.

this doesn't seem like a good plan if you're trying to all ride together as you'll end up with different res. If you want to sit up days, you could do that (you have to book eqch day in a separate transaction).
