How good is the Boma breakfast buffet?

DH, DW, and DD's 8 and 13 considering Boma b-fast buffet on last morning of WDW trip. How good is it? We did Cape May Cafe last year and really enjoyed it but want to visit a different resort this time. I know there are no characters at Boma, but would you recommend it over Chef Mickey's or other places?

Our family loves Boma's breakfast buffet. We eat there every trip and it would not be a proper Christmas morning without a trip to the AKL and breakfast. If you like fruit juice you will LOVE their Fruunch... a combination of juices, lemonade and grenadine. Wow... can't wait for 12/25!!

I've been there 3 or 4 times, it's terrific! Big selection and alot of different things you don't see at other buffets.
