How fast does Palo book up?

It might be worth calling DCL. On my Alaska sailing no platinums could book dinner online. Loads of brunch spots. Someone called DCL and there was plenty of dinner availability, but it was some kind of online glitch that meant it couldn’t be booked online.

This usually has to do withy your party size. If you have, say, a party of 3, it's really hard to book online because your party size doesn't 'match' any of the available table sizes (2 or 4). That's my very unscientific explanation, lol.
