cypress pointe is not far from palm parkway ( there is actually a connector to it ( Lake Street ) from the villas so you do not have to go out onto 535 to get to Palm Parkway )
when you take palm parkway north you are running parallel with I-4 ( it is like a service road ) ...there are road name changes as you travel think it changes into Turkey lake Road 439 at the Central Florida Parkway stop light
on a good day using the palm parkway route to the back entrance of universal across the street ( Hollywood Way ) from Dr Phillips High School, it would probably take you about 20 -25 minutes
the biggest bottleneck on that route will be where it meets Sand Lake Road ( the stop lights sometimes seem to take a long time to change )
we use this route often when going to Universal ( it is also accessible from international drive via the central floirda parkway which runs by Seaworld )
This would be a good route too if you were going to Seaworld just get off at Central Florida Parkway which is a bout 2 miles up the Palm Parkway from Cypress Pointe ( you avoid the I4 madness )
