I would book as soon as possible. If a discount comes out, they can apply it, or they can cancel you and rebook. I have done that more than once. As far as discounts, there usually is a discount for June dates, but at least this year it cuts off on June 16. We used to go the first week in June, and the discount would come out after I booked and we were always able to get it applied -- it seemed like it depended on what CM we got as to whether it would be applied or we would be "rebooked' under a different reservation number. Either way, it has never been a problem to get the discount after booking. I'm not sure if they ever go far enough to apply to the last week in June (I would bet the June 16 cut off this year reflects when California schools get out), but I can tell you that for the past 3 years we have switched to July due to DD's schedule and we have not seen a discount.
