How far out in advance do I book?

I forget how far out in advance I can book my DVC at Bay lake Tower...still new to all this. Want to book for 4 days, Oct. 16-19. 2012. Will check out Saturday for our first ever Disney Cruise. And when I call, can I book all four
days/nights at that time? Can I add on a dining plan later, or MUST I do it when booking? Thanks!

OP, What is your home resort:
If it is BLT, you can book all four night starting Nov 16, 2011.
If it is another DVC, you can book all four nights starting Apr 16, 2012.
You can book the dining plan at any time up to two days before check-in at the resort. You must pay for the dining plan at the time you book it.

My DVC home is Bay Lake Tower. So Nov. 16th, I'll be on that phone, and hopefully will have no problem! Thanks so much!
And thanks for the info on the dining, I'm glad I don't have to add it on right away, more time to save!
