How far out can you book for PS's?

First...thanks to all who answer this really stupid question!! I know it has been asked a thousand times, but I didn't know how to search for it (what words to type in).

I know CRT is 90 days out, but what other ressies can you make 90 days out?

I think all the sit-down restaurants are 90 days out, with the exception of maybe Hoop-de-doo-revue and the Backyard BBQ, not sure about Victoria and Alberts. Someone correct me if I'm wrong on those!
