How far of a walk is it from the Grand Californian to D23 Expo (Convention Center)?

How far of a walk is it from the Grand Californian to the D23 Expo (Anaheim Convention Center)?

Is it too long of a walk if I have my hands full of bags, like merchandise, etc? Can the Expo deliver stuff to the hotel?

We just stayed at the Hilton this weekend, right next to the Convention Center. I had my GPS walking app running out of curiosity. It was about 1.3 miles to get from the Convention Center to the Grand lobby. It's not bad at all, but with a lot of packages it might be a pain. Also, with the Expo being in August, it's usually around 80 degrees. I don't know if they will deliver things, probably not.

I think, in terms of the three Disney hotels in Anaheim, the Paradise Pier is the closest.

I'm not sure if they offered package delivery in 2009 or 2011. I know I read something about a shuttle from the hotels, but...not sure what year or if it was both years.

I can say that it'll probably feel like a long walk after standing and walking all over the convention center.

We stayed at the DLH. We checked into it and I believe there was a daily charge. It did not seem that far to walk - 1.3 miles sounds high. It was just a couple blocks up Disneyland Drive and left on Katella for 3 or 4 blocks.
