How far is the

Target and .99 cent store from the Embassy Suites on Harbor (ES North I think)? I want to get souvies for my class ( ten 6 yr olds, I gotta bribe 'em to be good for the sub somehow, lol) and my girl scout troop of 10. So this sounds like a good place to go.

I am not from the Disneyland area...but, there is a Disney Outlet down Harbor Blvd., at Orangethorpe. You would need a car to get there . You never know what you'll find there. I found a shirt there once that was still for sell in the parks. You never know what they will have, it's a gamble. But, I have found some wonderful things there over the years. It is more like the dis-continued and over stocked items from the parks, not like the Disney Store we see in the malls.

Not sure about the 99cent stores, visiting their website is probably your best bet. I know there's quite a few souvenir shops in the area that offer lower prices than the parks.

I think there is a Target about 2.5 miles south on Harbor. I've been on google maps and exploring around that area. Trying to find a good Chinese place, and wal*mart, etc...

There's a Wal*Mart about 3miles NWish too! Just FYI

I recall reading in the last couple weeks that someone was disappointed that the nearby Target did not have any additional Disney merchandise.

I found some Goofy coin purses for 75 cents at our local dollar store... and I live in IDAHO! You just never know. My daughter took Gummies back to her school last year that we bought in the park for about $6.00 a bag... then we found the exact same thing at our local Hollywood video on clearance for 50 cents.
