How far in advance to you make towncar reservations

We are travelling at the end of April on Airtran so there is a good chance our flight times will change some. How far in advance to make towncar reservations? Do I have to wait until I think the flights won't change anymore or will they check the current arrival departure times based on our flight numbers?

I originally made reservations in May for our trip tomorrow! I'm a planner. Usually they want you to book earlier rather than later. It is not necessary to have an unchanging itinerary to be able to book the car service -- flight times do change. If you have that happen, I would just make sure to tell the car service ASAP. (Don't expect them to follow that - you need to tell them.)

We just made ours a month out and no issues. If you are going at a peak time that may be different.
