How far in advance to place Garden Grocer order?

How far in advance of our trip should we place a garden grocer order?

We posted our order on Sunday for Wednesday delivery for our recent trip (Late July) with no problems. However, I have read that sometimes their delivery slots fill up, so perhaps it's better to post your order farther in advance.

I placed mine a month ago for delivery on 9.15.07 They only had 1 slot avaliable, which luckily, was the time I needed it. The rep told me it's never too early to send your order in! I am nervous!

I had to add some items and was told to do it by email. I did and I haven't gotten a confirmation yet, although they said they would call about 2 days out for payment on the remaining items. Also, we switched from AKL to Poly after we placed our order, so I am hoping they made note of that! We'll see if they get it right!

This may be a crazy question but do you pay for your items when you order and schedule delivery? I just need to know if I need to wait until payday to order. Thanks!

You can pay online or they have a cash on delivery option, I believe!

I booked for 9/15 last week. I'd suggest about two weeks out is good, close enough that your list will be complete and far enough that they won't run out of delivery times.
