how far in advance to book??

OK i always trust powers that be on this site...they have never steered me wrong yet so here goes.. lets say in 2007 you were planning a trip at least 3 adults and 3 children (one severely handicapped) to dis for say 5 days minimum. at what point would youcall an travel agent or book online.??and given the fact that the one child is wheelchair bound can someone with a handicapped child or adult offer tips to make this a smooth trip?? i havent been there since 98' and i think im more hyped for it than the kids...thanks

As soon as I knew for sure my dates I would call Disney (CRO) to book my room. Don't think you can book a room on line or via Travel agent more then 11 months in advance.
