How far in advance should you purchase your tickets?

Do the HHN rush of fear tickets usually get sold out? Also how far in advance do you purchase your universal tix? or do you just wait until you get there?

This is the first year of the ROF pass and I expect them to be very popular but I doubt they will sell out. If you are definitely going to purchase one, I would go ahead and get it now just to be on the safe side.
