How far in advance does ps need done?

We would like to book a late breakfast at Chef Mickey's one day in May. I think you can book up to 90 days in advance, not sure. How far ahead would you suggest? Also, how far ahead do things like Cinderella's slipper need to be ordered? Thanks!

For a place as popular as Chef Mickey's, I'd make the PS as close to the 90 day mark as possilbe. I suggest calling as soon as you know which day you'd like to eat there.

I can't help you with the Cinderella's Slipper question, but hopefully another DISer will have an answer for you on that one.

I read on another post that you need 48 hours advance notice for the slipper, but you can call 30-days in advance if you like. You can all GF to arrange. The main number is 407-824-3000. They will direct you to the bakery.
