How far in advance does Disney update attraction schedules?

We are going to Disney in mid October. I keep looking at the attractions schedule and after the first week in October there are many attractions that still list schedule unavailable....pretty much almost every attraction in MK that you don't need a fast pass for. I am kinda freaking out with all this talk of cuts that their hours are not showing. Is it normal for attractions to still not be up for less than a month away?

No set time.
They are very lax in posting anything "in advance." (And, seem to be getting slower as time goes by.)

I would not expect this to indicate a preponderance of attractions to not be in regular operation.

Over the weekend I got an email that my fastpass was changed and it was because they just extended MKs hours during the time I'll be there on nonMNSSP. I'm at 30 days so I wouldn't worry too much.
