I can tell you that 98% of CM don't know in advance, when I was a CM working at the reservation center I got yelled at a lot by guests who were there and angry they weren't told in advance. "Maam I apologize for the inconvenience, Im sure the refurb wasn't announced when you booked or the CM that helped you book would have read you the notice that would have popped up"
Refurbs are disappoint I know, but really when would be a good time? Someone would always be disappointed.. Now when they refurb a pool in the spring/summer I find that ridiculous unless there really is a safety issue..
