how far in advance do you need to book towncar services?

Does anyone know how far in advance we should book a towncar service for roundtrip from Orlando airport to MK resort area? We are traveling the week of July 4th 2003. Thanks for any info. We've always done rental cars, and last trip barely used the car.

Book as soon as your trip plans are firm and reconfirm your ride with the towncar company a week before arrival.

I normally book them as soon as I get my flight all secured (5 mths prior) and then call them the night before and confirm my reservation. I booked Your Ride in July or Aug and we are going in January 2003.
