How far in advance can you book rooms?

How far in advance can you book packages?

You can book room only at 500 days from check out. If the rates for the year you are booking have not been released, your reservation is at rack rate and subject to change. (Translated to english - you can book into January 2008 right now; all 2007 rate are real, January 2008 would guarantee you the specific resort/room type but not the rate).

Packages can be booked once released for the following year, usually late May/June

They used to have to transfer it from one system to the other requiring a new booking number but the way they were able to do it, your room never went back to inventory. I have been told by several CMs that part of last weeks upgrade now allowed a more seemless change but I do not have any first hand experience yet to verify that.
