How far in advance can you speak with a consultant or visit sites?

BF and I will be in the World this August, this November and next July or August (07). We are planning to do a WDW wedding in 2009 but we'd like to look at some possible venues now if possible. We're putting a moratorium on our vacation budget in order to use that money to save for the Bid (Expensive) Day!

They'll only officially talk to you or take you on site visits starting around 18 months before your wedding, but you can go around and see most of the sites on your own while you're there. :) Many of them aren't behind closed doors, so as long as another wedding isn't going on you'll be fine.

Yea I think 18 months is probably the EARLIEST and even then they have been known to give a hard time but that doesn't mean you can't look around. besides the in park venues I believe most are open so you can take a look...have fun on your trip.
