How far in advance are park hours set? (And a FP question!)

Two questions I'm wondering about as I make our touring plan:

-How far in advance does Disney set park hours? (I know hours are subject to change until last minute, but generally when are they set with a reasonable amount of certainty?)

-Can ADRs get in the way of FP reservations? (If you have an ADR will the system prevent you from making FP reservations around that same time?)

6 months. And then they change at 30ish days. And maybe again at 14ish days. Good luck lol
