We are thinking about going in early June and right now, the APH rates are not available. We also thought about going in late March, but it looks like the only place available is PBH and it's a kids suite for $599/night, and no APH rate available.

Last year, we stayed at RPR and I think we paid $129 for weeknights and $149 for weekends with the APH rate in the first part of June. We would like to get a similar rate this year.

Thanks in advance!

Maybe a couple months.
Most people book the hotel using the AAA code, then switch to the APH rate if it's lower.

Thanks for your response! AAA rates aren't even available yet for March or June. It looks like all on-site hotels except for the Kids Suites at PBH ($599/night:scared1:)are booked for the week of March 26. Is that the week for most Spring Breaks? I probably should give up on March and just make plans for June. I just thought I might would be able to get by without renewing my AP....It expires June 3, and the kids get out of school on May 31! We have to allow travel time. (We drive from Arkansas!)

We have AAA rate booked at RPR for June/July. AAA rate is usually out rather far in advance. We booked AAA rate for our Feb. trip in Sept (i think?) and just recently switched it to APH rate....if you aren't finding AAA rates, I'm wondering if those rooms are all already booked?? Also, try during the week. I know after I booked AAA i kept checking, and some weekends they didnt' offer the AAA rate, but weekdays (slower booking days?) they did.

If you are looking online, the AAA and APH rates are not being posted, you need to call.

I went thru UO for our Feb. trip and got APH rate to come up online (just checked to make sure it was still there). I'm guessing they don't have any rooms left at AAA or APH rates for the OP's date...:confused3 Usually if you scroll all the way to bottom of the rates, on the bottom left there is a blue "<- New Search" phrase...click on that and it should bring you up to screen where you can enter "special rates", Promotion code (AAA or APH), travel agency ID and your Loews First Number. It's there, but hidden and you have to "find" it.

That's weird because when I call and ask for AAA rates, they are available (I keep calling to check if they are lower than what I booked them at) but they do not show up online following your instructions (that's the way I usually check as well).

We're going Feb. 23 - March 2 and there are tons of rooms still available but none at AAA rate or APH rates online. They are available when I call though.

I used to be able to find them using the old reservation site, but they aren't up there either.

dunno.....:confused3 I'm glad they think they IMPROVED the system....:sad2:

If you scroll down to the topic loews online reservations
on the first page is links to all 3 hotels using the old format,
you are able to check aph...aaa...flo. I just checked rates
for jan and the rpr is 129.00 weekdays and 159.00 for weekends.

I used them for our last trip, dec 16th-20th booked under flo rate
(ga residents can also book under flo rates) 124.00 at rpr.
just to note I belive alabama residents can also use this rate, but I would call to make sure.

Thank you for your responses! I just called and they did not have APH rates available and the customer service rep. did not know when they would be available. However, the AAA rates were available a standard room at RPR was $191.20 with the AAA rate for June 4 - 8. I am not a member of AAA, maybe they will make APH rates available for this date range soon, so I can start planning!

I can get a florida rate using the old link but no aaa or aph rates. The super savings rate is the lowest rate available right now for my dates.

I can't find AAA at all for Jan or Feb. for PBH. Frustrating.

Well, I checked my dates in March again...still hoping for a possible Spring Break trip, and HRH is available! No APH rates, but maybe they will be later. I'm looking at 4 nights starting on March 25. It would be soooo nice to do it then, DH and I will have our 17th anniversary on March 23 and it would be awesome to go then! Do any of you think that the APH rates may become available a little closer to time?

I remember planning (in the beginning) around Easter...trying to HRH.... nothing was available....and I was planning in September! APH rates usually come out closer to the date...IF they want to release any!
