How far ahead do DL parks get fully booked for holidays?

We are traveling to Disneyland the week after Easter. My husband's company said they may be able to get him some park hopper tickets, and to check back about 2 months before our trip. This makes me a little nervous with needing to book park reservations.
Has anyone followed how far ahead DL parks become fully booked for reservations ahead of a holiday? Does 2 months seem to be cutting it close?

They didn't get fully booked up for Christmas or New Year's.

I doubt anything will be different about Easter. Actually, in the past, Easter Sunday was always a very pleasant/not crowded day at the parks. Our family used to go every single Easter Sunday, pre Covid. You should have no problem getting park reservations 2 months out for the week after Easter. By then, most schools have already had their break.

Easter isn't usually as crowded as Christmas and Thanksgiving, so I doubt it'll be completely booked 2 months in advance. Are they getting you free tickets, or just discounted? If they're discounted, there's websites you can get probably the same discount through if you don't want to wait.
