I've never been to a spa and I am not too interested in having a massage from a stranger (just me). I read a little about the hydro-treatment. Does anyone know the details?

I think Barb has reported that the hydrotherapy treatment stuff has been discontinued, but I'm sure there are other things you could try!

The hydrotherapie bath has indeed been discontinued, unfortunately.

Jess, a massage is WONDERFUL. All of the spa attendants are female and will do everything necessary to protect your modesty. :)

If you don't want a massage you may want to consider a facial instead, also a nice pampering treatment.

maybe I'll work up the courage.

Can I just say (for the 100th time today) that I am just SO FREAKING EXCITED to be going on my first Disney cruise next month  :D

Yep, discontinued on both ships to make way for more treatment rooms.
If you are a little shy, they do a neck and shoulder massage where you remain clothed. I know this because when I was on our three-peat, there was a day when I hadn't booked a treatment, and I was sitting in the Rainforest and regretting it. One of the attendants came in looking for someone. She came back looking for the same person, and I said, "If she doesn't show up, I'll take whatever she had booked!" It turned out to be the neck and back massage, and it was very enjoyable. But if you can possibly get up your courage, do the full body massage...it is the best!!
