How Efficient Is This!!

I just booked the FT package for my Sept. trip Mon. night and I got a call from the new planning offices for YC, BC, and BWI this morning asking me how they can assist. I have all my PS's made (except for CRT) and requests in and she faxed me a nice itinerary.

Wow, that was too easy! No letter, no wondering when I should call. I loved Don in the old BWI planning office and was a little nervous about the change but I am very impressed.

I had heard about Amy, and was a little confused about her doing BWI planning, but this was Catherine. The cover sheet had all three resort logo's on it but a central planning office address and numbers. I asked about Don and she said he still helps them from time to time, and is still in Concierge at the BWI.

Sounds like with Amy and Catherine they really have a good team!
