How early to park at TTC and take resort monorail?

If we decide to go to Chef Mickey's breakfast for a 7AM reservation and then head to MK for rope drop (non-EMH morning so a 9AM opening), I think the best thing for us to do is to drive to the TTC, then take the resort monorail to th Contemporary. Then after breakfast we could either walk to MK or take the monorail there from the Contemporary.

How early could you park at the TTC and take the resort monorail? Would this be feasible or do I have to come up with a different plan? We are staying on property at Boardwalk Villas when we go.

I don't think the TTC parking lot opens until 7:00 AM, which would conflict with getting a 7:00 AM ADR at Chef Mickey's. However since your staying at the Boardwalk Villas what you can do is get on the bus to the Magic Kingdom at 6:30 AM and when you arrive there you can use the walkway to the Contemporary. Also sometimes the bus drivers might be able to dropp you off at the Contemporary, although that is not an official policy that they must do which means some might not do that.

So then is it better to drive to the Contemporary, park there, have breakfast, then just drive to the TTC from there? Would we have time to make it to rope drop at 9AM if we have a 7AM ADR? I know last year at Chef Mickey's we had a 7AM ADR and we were out of there by 8AM, and did not feel at all rushed. Is that enough time to drive to the TTC, take the monorail and make it to the park by rope drop? If not then I would schedule the Chef Mickey's breakfast for a non-park day, but I thought it would be convenient to go there for breakfast right before MK since they are right by each other.

Yes that's another option you can do, just remember it takes time when driving from the Contemporary to the TTC. Also if you don't mind spending the money for a taxi you can take one from the Boardwalk to the Contemporary and don't need to use the Disney Transport buses or using your car for that part of your day.

Buses start running to the MK for character breakfasts at 6:30 am. Ask the driver to leave you at the Contemporary.
