How early should we get to DL?

Hey everyone. We are going to DL only for a day trip this sunday. We have to buy our tickets there(which I haven't done in a long time) since we can't order 1 day tickets online. I know I can call and have them at will call but my sister who I'm going with has an AP but sun. is a blocked out date so she needs to buy her 1/2 price ticket anyway so I think we're gonna need to wait in line regardless(or can she order her ticket over the phone as well?). The park opens at 9am and I know they open the gates 1/2 hr. early and we want to be there when the gates open. So how early should we get there to buy our tickets and get in line at the gates?

I'd get there at 7:30a.m. There will be plenty of time to get tickets and get to the front gate in time to open at 8:30
