I am anxious to get everything done, so I would love to get the airline tickets purchased and out of the way. But, the prices I am getting now are so high! Best I can find is $1,660.00 for 4 from LAX to MCO. We don't go to WDW until Oct. 7th, so I still have nearly 4 months. Would you wait a while or are fares as low as they're gonna get?

Any advice?

Thanks,

This oct? sign up for the fare trackers from travelocity and expedia and even from the airline that you want to fly on. When I got my info from travelocity I booked it for my sep trip!

What days are you traveling? United and American are showing fares of around 339.00 pp for the first part of October. You may be able to save money if you fly on an Airline and make a connection.. $415 seems a little high to me, but only you know what your comfort level is. Sometimes you can wait and the fares go up.. I would keep searching. Sometimes if you are flexible on a departure or return date you can save some money that way too.

Try Qixo. It searches all of the airlines (takes a little while to search them all). If you find the flights that you want, write down the flight numbers. Go to the airline's website to find the same flights. It's usually $10 or $20 dollars cheaper if you book directly through the airline. http://www.qixo.com/
