How early in line - Lion King/Finding Nemo??

How early should we plan to get in line prior to the scheduled start time of Lion King and Finding Nemo Shows? We are going in Sat., Jan. 27th - 7 on the park calendar.

For the best choice in seating-

FoLK-30 Min. No FP needed.

For Nemo, you should get a FP, then arrive 45 min. before the show.
You should be able to get a same-day FP for Nemo as a "4th FP."

Lion King last September I walked in a couple of minutes before the start via standby line. You don’t have to get there super early because you are just going to be waiting for the show to finish and empty before the start letting you in for next one.

When we see Lion king we get there about 30 min early. We like having the back row and leaning against the bars.

You don't HAVE to show up early, but you'll have a much better choice in seats. And during really busy times, it's not uncommon for people to show up 5-10 min before showtime and be told they'll be in line for the next show.

We did both shows last week. On 1/3. Pretty busy day
We did start with a FP but in the end didn't use either due to late arriving

And late arriving worked to our favor
We got to LK about 5 min before showtime. They put us in seating usually reserved for wheelchair areas (it wasn't needed) so we got right up front and didn't wait any

Then we headed over Nemo and got there about 5 min before that show and also didn't need our FP. Walked right in and sat in about the 5th row also very good seats.
