How early have you been able to check in?

My earlier check ins have been at 10:30am, noon, and 1:30pm. My room has been ready every time, but that is definitely not a guarantee.

I would recommend doing online check in because it asks what your planned arrival time is. I would imagine they use that information to try to accommodate people who will be arriving early.

We never count on having our room before 4pm, although it is wishful thinking and it has happened to us quite a bit. We usually take a morning flight and arrive at the resort by 11am. Our rooms have usually been ready by 2pm. A few times it was ready when we got there (The Beach Club seemed to be the best at that).

If you happen to get into your room and you don't want ME to deliver your luggage, you can call down and tell them not to deliver during a certain time frame. You could also go retrieve your luggage yourself at the resort (usually takes around 3 hours from when you arrived) and a CM will assist you bringing your luggage to your room.

If you end up getting your luggage on your own at the airport, you can leave it with bell services at the resort until your room is ready.

We have checked in as earley as 8am, but the earliest our room has been ready has been noon.

I know nothing is set in stone and am aware of the check in policy, but I wanted to hear how early people have been able to check in, especially during non peak times.

We will be getting to Disney around noon and will not make it a park day. We would love to be able to check in and get our 2 year old down for a bit of a nap before heading out for dinner.

Also, would we be better getting our luggage ourselves from the airport in case we can get a nap in, or does ME deliver it without causing much of a commotion? Thank you so much!

We always get to the resort by noon because it feels like an extra day :thumbsup2

We have been given our room right away except our last visit, and we could have gotten into a room if we had wanted to stay in Ranchos 7A at the back of the resort.

We asked if we could have cabanas 8A instead (our favorite spot), and we got it but had to wait until the room was ready. We had our bathing suitsin tow, so we hung out at the pool until the room was ready, which it was at 3pm. They gave us keys, so as soon as they called us we could go straight to our room, but of course the pool was so nice we enjoyed it for another hour or so! pixiedust:

Weve never really had a long wait to ck into our rooms. We always arrive around 11am to hotel (4x @ CBR, and 1x AKL) and each time our rooms were ready by 2pm, earliest which was once @ CBR our room was ready when we arrived @ the 11am. :thumbsup2
This is nice b/c we always do MK on our first day and we are usually always there by 3pm! Once we get to hotel we ck in, grab lunch, hang around pool, then room is ready so we unpack and head over to the park for the night!

As you mentioned nothing in set in stone, but I just checked in at the BC and our room was ready and it was 10 am.

I've been able to check in and get our room at 7 AM three times so far. Other times we had to wait till after 4 PM.
