How early for ROL with Dining Package?

While it is quite possible to arrive that late and be seated on some nights,
the most basic of all WDW rules is:
If seeing a particular event is important, its safer to arrive far too early, than it is to arrive one minute too late.
And, there's no way to know in advance exactly what will be the case on your particular night.
Earlier beats later, every time.
