How early for ECV Rental at AK

We'll be needing to get an ECV for just one day only at AK so it won't be worth hiring off-site. AK opens at 9am, roughly what time would the ECV rental open, and is it a long process to get one?

it open as soon as they let guest into the park, not sure how long it takes I think a few minutes but will also depend how many people are in front of you

will open as people are let into park as for time it could be a few minutes or a lot longer depending on how many are in front of you. wont know that until you are there. if you are planning to rope drop rides you will behind most people going straight to rides

My husband rents one at the parks on an as needed basis. It has never taken more than a few minutes to get through the process. We always go at or near opening time.
