How early does parking garage open?

Does anyone know how early the parking garage opens at Universal? I'm staying off-site but get an hour early entry and would like to know when I can actually get in there to park?

One would think such information would be easily found, but I can't seem to find this anywhere. The park opens at 9am, but 8am for off-site guests with packages. I do hope the parking garage opens early than 8am though...

When we checked into the hotel, and we were asking what time to line up for WWOHP, they told us that the garage opens at 6:30. But you might want to double check
