How early does Nestle Jr Chef program start?

The last thing I read (and that was OLD - from 2003) is that the Nestle Junior Chef program at the Sunshine Season Food Fair in The Land started every hour on the half hour. What time does it start in the morning? Is the 1st one at 9:30am? Unfortunately I am one of those planners that has every minute planned so I need to know exactly when to get there! Does anyone have details on this activity? Do they still get a chef hat, cookies & chocolate chips?

We were there a couple of weeks ago and the first one was at 12:30. The program was then scheduled for every hour on the half hour after that until 4:30. Hope that helps.
