How early do you pack???

We're leaving Friday (6 am flight out of Charlotte, with an hour and 40 minute drive there means NO night-before packing), so I did the major portion of the laundry this weekend, and *just* finished the massive pre-wdw house cleaning (the best thing after a great vacation is coming home to a really clean house). I'll iron clothes over the next few days, do the last minute load of laundry, and be ready!

I gotta tell you,... after visiting the Mouse House every year just about since 1985 there is one thing I have learned. DON'T OVERPACK! I think I have this down to a science now. My wife and I will be going down in a few weeks for 7 days 6 nights. We're bringing down a medium suitcase plus a carry-on. That's it! Early on I would pack twice what I actually ended up wearing. This time I'll pack the night before we leave.

I sart packing about a week before but I am usually still packing the night before we leave.

Maybe about a week or five days before we leave.

I start getting the clothes I want to take out a few weeks before we go and put them in the guest room. I actually pack the suitcase the day before we leave.
