How early do the villas get booked up?

If I rent from someone who doesn't have AKV as their home timeshare, will there be anything available 7 months out? I'd be looking at the summer months.

1) They are new and they are different.
2) It would be my "guess" that they would fill before the 7-month window.
3) But, that is only my opinion.

You should pose this question over on the Disney Vacation Club Planning board.

I think that it would depend on the time of year and what 'level' you want. If you wanted concierge, then I'd say forget it. Value might be a forget it situation as well. That leaves standard and savanna levels. I don't think that'd be impossible for a light time of year DVC-wise.
