How early do I need to book ADR for Mexico restaurant in EPCOT?

Call now, or at least within a month.

You WILL need to make ADRs.

Its not too critical to make them "now" for early in Feb., but around President's Day, it will get PLENTY BUSY.

As with all ressies, the longer you wait to make them, the less chance you will have of getting the times you want.

No reason to wait... just DO IT!!!!
